The first speaker helping us reveal the secrets of successful teams is Sara Usinger, an entrepreneur-in-residence at SwissEP, supporting startup ecosystem players around the Balkans. She recently returned from Iran where she spent the last three years setting up and running Avatech, one of Iran's first professional startup accelerators. Apart from helping build accelerators and co-working spaces, Sara has also helped startups transform into great companies.
The second panelist is Carolyn N. Spencer, an innovation infuser and program manager at Amazon, who will share her experience gained at one of the largest and most profitable global corporations.
Want to know what kind of a team it takes for a company to become a unicorn? Žiga Vavpotič, the chairman of the unicorn company Outfit7 Limited, will share the lessons from the one of the fastest growing multinational family entertainment companies on the planet.
Maris Prii, a startup expert and entrepreneur-in-residence at Swiss EP, is a former COO and member of the management board of the Startup Wise Guys team and has been involved in six acceleration programs in Estonia and Latvia. She will reveal first-hand insight on how to build a successful and diverse team from early stages of the company onwards.
The host of the panel will be Nina Nikolikj, the leader and initiator of Womenpreneurs Stories, which is an initiative that aims to celebrate inspirational women in business, share their stories and inspire. Nina is also the ecosystem facilitator for SwissEP and the manager of the entrepreneurs-in-residence initiative in Macedonia.
